Evidence & Sourcing
Substantive factual claims should be supported by credible sources appropriate to the question. Preference is given to primary sources, official data, peer-reviewed research, recognized institutions, and transparent methodologies. Secondary analysis may be used when it adds context or synthesis.
Sources should be linked or cited closely enough that readers can identify the basis of a claim and examine the underlying material.
Claims, Inference & Uncertainty
Elyonik Vision distinguishes among observed facts, sourced claims, analytical inference, scenario assumptions, forecasts from external sources, and proposed solutions. Confidence should reflect the strength and relevance of evidence rather than the forcefulness of the writing.
Scenario analysis is not prediction. Strategic concepts are not presented as proven solutions until feasibility, constraints, and evidence justify that conclusion.
Intellectual & Editorial Independence
Research is intended to follow evidence and reasoning rather than political or ideological allegiance. Political developments may be examined when they materially affect economic systems, institutions, societies, infrastructure, security, markets, or human welfare.
Sponsored, commissioned, or client-supported research will be identified when relevant. Commercial relationships should not be presented as independent evidence.
Publication Classification
- Research Article: evidence-based analysis advancing an argument or explanation.
- Intelligence Brief: concise, decision-oriented analysis of a development, risk, or opportunity.
- Working Paper: substantive work released while research or validation remains in progress.
- Strategic Concept: an original model or proposed response requiring additional feasibility work.
- Research Report: deeper work with explicit methodology, evidence, limitations, and references.
- Framework: a reusable analytical structure for organizing questions or decisions.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
AI tools may assist with research organization, drafting, editing, data preparation, coding, visualization, or exploratory analysis. They are not treated as authoritative sources. Material factual claims should be validated against appropriate sources, and responsibility for published work remains with the human author or Elyonik Vision.
Corrections & Updates
Material factual errors should be corrected promptly after verification. Substantive changes that alter a publication's meaning, evidence, or conclusion should be identified through an update or correction note. Minor typographic and formatting corrections may be made without a formal notice.
